Shipping and Returns Policy

Here you will find information about shipping and refunds for online orders.

Shipping


Delivery:
Items ship from our warehouse and are delivered to your address within 4-5 days of receiving your order via USPS. You will receive a tracking number when your order has shipped. 

Rates: Our shipping and processing fees cover the processing, handling, packing and delivery of your order. Rates are determined based on order total. Delivery fees do not include surcharges that may apply to some items. (See more on delivery surcharges below.)

Free Shipping on orders over $100: Does not include surcharges that may apply to some items. (See more on delivery surcharges below.)

Delivery Surcharges: Items that are bulky, heavy, or of limited availability may have a delivery surcharge in addition to standard delivery and processing charges. This charge is shown on the product page and is in addition to regular delivery and processing charges.

Free in-store pickup: If you’re in the neighborhood, opt for free in-store pickup. Please allow 1 business day for order processing.

Returns

We really hope you love your purchase, but understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. If you are not pleased with your purchase, most items are eligible for return within 30 days. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Defective Merchandise: Oh no! Please contact us right away with any concerns about defective or damaged merchandise so we can take care of it for you.

Final sale items
Gift cards
Items damaged through normal wear and tear

Ways to return:
In store – If you’re in the neighborhood, drop it off at the store. Please allow 1 business day to process the return.
By mail – Carefully package your item and send it back via your preferred carrier to:

Be sure to include proof of purchase. You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item(s). accents + interiors is not responsible for lost packages if we don’t receive your return. You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have processed your return. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. There is no refund for the cost of the original shipping charges.

Late or missing refunds: There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you haven’t received a refund yet, give it a few days and then check back with your bank or credit card company. If you still feel like there is an error, please contact us at orders@accentsdm.com.
